Tiffany Nguyen knew there was a better way for organizations to acquire talent. She developed an innovative approach so she could help any company, regardless of size. Founder & CEO
Tiffany has dedicated the past 20 years to building a proven recruiting methodology that focuses on team function and impact. With experience in the oil and gas, financial services, high-tech, federal, and manufacturing sectors, Tiffany connects a network of talent and business experts with the strategic experience for team building success. Since founding @Orchard in 2010, the business quickly grew into a trusted source of talent and strategy in both public and private sectors. Today, @Orchard has partners across dozens of industries and talent fields, a deep talent pool, and a long list of repeat clients.
Tiffany credits her Texas upbringing and the guidance of her first generation immigrant mother for the courage and fortitude to successfully start her own company. Tiffany considers referrals from satisfied and repeat customers to be the ultimate measure of her success. She also takes great pride in her team, many of whom have been with @Orchard from the beginning.
She has a BBA from The University of Texas and loves everything about the Longhorns. Tiffany enjoys spoiling her 10 nieces and nephews and skiing in Whistler, BC. She regularly donates her time to provide career consulting to people in need.
Simon is responsible for leading all business development activities. Simon has more than 25 years of human capital management professional experience with a strong focus on thought leadership within recruiting and talent management. Simon joined @Orchard in 2012 and has led many successful growth activities for the company including new client acquisition, expansion into new markets, and the implementation of new solutions. Simon holds a bachelor’s degree in history and politics with honors from the University of Warwick in the UK. He is also a human capital strategist, certified by the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and a certified performance-based hiring trainer. Simon has held executive leadership positions at major consulting and financial services organizations with responsibility for talent acquisition on a global scale. As a human capital strategist for a global consulting firm, Simon worked with State and Federal agencies to improve their human capital capabilities.
Outside the office, Simon enjoys time with his family, and stays active through soccer, hiking and kayaking. He also enjoys the natural beauty around his Cape Cod, Massachusetts, home where he is active in the local community.
Amy has more than 15 years of recruiting leadership experience across all spectrums, from contingency to retained and RPO services, and is responsible for key account management. Her background spans a variety of industries, including professional services, information technology, financial services, marketing, engineering, pharmaceutical, federal, and legal. Joining @Orchard as the first employee, Amy served the company in many roles prior to her current position. She holds a master’s degree in counseling from the University of South Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Amy is passionate about client management, relationship building, matching the right candidate with the right opportunity, and delivering high quality, ethical recruiting for both candidates and clients.
Outside the office, Amy enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her husband, two children, and her dogs.
Nimal spent the past decade in the trenches of recruiting across multiple industries. His early recruiting career was spent in support of telecommunication, financial services, and information technology sectors. Before joining @Orchard, Nimal had a diverse background including leading a team with deep sourcing capabilities, recruiter performance analytics, and overall revenue reporting to stakeholders. Since joining @Orchard, he leads the sourcing team and handles Managed Service Providers for the firm. He is passionate about sourcing and driving the team toward effective outreach techniques.
Outside the office, Nimal enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Mariah’s passion for recruiting started nearly 20 years ago. She started by working for a small staffing agency, and with the experience and knowledge she gained during that time, she moved into the Federal and Intelligence Community supporting a number of government contractors in the cleared space. Since joining @Orchard, she has also supported a number of non-government clients to include Big 4, as well as a number of consulting firms. In addition to Full Lifecycle Recruiting, Mariah is responsible for managing multiple clients and a team of Recruiters.
In her spare time, Mariah enjoys spending time with her daughter, two stepsons, her husband, and their dog.
