In this role, you could expect to:

  • Grow and maintain positive relationships with Client’s software customers
  • Serve as go-to customer contact for new product solutions, training requests, solution enhancements as well as support escalation
  • Facilitate customer attendance and participation in training opportunities, early adopter programs, and opportunities to learn about additional offerings
  • Conduct individualized customer assessments to identify suggestions for improvements to be made in the areas of product usage, regulatory compliance, team efficiency, KPI definition and evangelizing
  • Drive Customer attendance to webinars and enlisting customers as guest speakers on webinars
  • Take ownership of customer support issues and concerns, working with appropriate team members for resolution
  • Knowledge-sharing of customer anecdotes, success stories within the platform (sales, marketing, implementation, support, etc.)
  • Customer knowledge-sharing, education, mature use and adoption of software including annual customer planning to ensure renewal business
  • Assist in the development of a customer onboarding program


The right person for this opportunity will have a background that includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0-1 year of experience in the software industry. This is an entry level to more junior growth position. Candidate’s with degree work, internships, etc. will be considered.
  • Ability to exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning new systems and software. Will learn various platforms such as CRM (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft CRM), WebEx or GoToMeeting, and surveying methodologies and tools.
  • Success communicating in a virtual environment with remote customers would be a plus
  • Solid interpersonal skills to exhibit a customer-focused mindset
  • Motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing and passion for learning
  • Self-directed professional with ability to work remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge and experience a plus
