Customer Success Implementation Specialist – Software (Remote)

As an Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities would include:

  • Assist in onboarding of new Customers.
  • Act as the technical point of contact to the client’s project team and work with clients to configure the Platform to their needs.
  • Gather Customer business requirements, determine best solution and implement said solution in the Platform.
  • Diagnose, debug, and document issues in the Platform.
  • Become a product expert and work toward improving our Platform.
  • Provide timely responses to high priority tickets and incidents.
  • Work under limited supervision with considerable latitude for personal initiative.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing solution, FreshDesk.
  • Assist the client in setting up API, roles, modules, reports, etc.
  • Conduct demos and meetings regarding integration planning and configurations
  • Provide Sales support.

 

Remote Work

The Client provides computer hardware, peripherals and software needed to be successful in your role.

 

Your background will include the following education, experience and capabilities;

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Must have knowledge and experience with XML and writing SQL Server Queries, and an understanding of how they work
  • Experience supporting SaaS based software systems and working with customers to determine their technical issues
  • A working understanding of web technology and browser based applications (API’s, SaaS, web platforms, etc).
  • Business Analyst experience a plus
  • Ability to be flexible and exhibit resourcefulness in resolving issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work successfully across different departments and teams
  • Efficiently work under deadlines to complete assigned tasks.
  • Business Analyst experience a plus
