@Orchard LLC is supporting a team seeking award for the PMS 326 International Fleet Program Office RFP and we are actively looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team in a “bid as key” role. The Senior Engineer will oversee engineering efforts to include assessment of integration and installation work packages and procedures for multiple customer countries. This individual will serve as the lead engineer overseeing technical efforts.
The work is located in the Washington DC area and the contract duration upon award is for 5 years.
Critical Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
According to the Navy Program, the Senior Engineer must possess the following capabilities;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of engineering management, including 5 years of specific engineering related to shipbuilding, modernization and repair related activities for foreign customers
- 3 years of experience serving aboard a surface combatant vessel
- Demonstrated experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
