Amy Gordy

Amy has more than 15 years of recruiting leadership experience across all spectrums, from contingency to retained and RPO services, and is responsible for key account management. Her background spans a variety of industries, including professional services, information technology, financial services, marketing, engineering, Federal and legal. Joining @Orchard as the first employee, Amy served the company in many roles prior to her current position. She holds a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. Amy is passionate about client management, relationship building, matching the right candidate with the right opportunity, and delivering high quality, ethical recruiting for both candidates and clients.

Outside the office, Amy enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and spending time with her husband, two children, and her dog.
